EGYM Fitness Denver is hiring a Social Media Manager (1099) to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for our growing fitness facility. This role centers around high-impact short-form video content, campaign promotion and community engagement.

Who you are:

You’re an experienced social media manager with a current portfolio that shows measurable growth and engagement
You bring hands on experience creating fitness and wellness content and understand how to translate brand energy into compelling content
You excel at short-form video content that easily captures attention and keeps the audience engaged
You are a marketer. You balance creativity with strategy always keeping engagement and growth at the forefront
You’re organized, proactive and self-directed, able to manage timeliness, deliverables and approvals across multiple social media platforms
You are fluent across multiple social media platforms, Meta Platforms, TikTok, etc, and understand how to deliver content to each unique audience
You take pride in your work and consistently look for ways to improve results
You’re based in or near Denver, CO and able for scheduled on-site content sessions at our Downtown Denver location

What the job involves:

As a Social Media Manager, you'll lead in the creation and execution of high-impact digital content that builds awareness, strengthens brand presence and generates qualified leads.
This is a results-focused role where success comes from planning, creativity, execution and data driven results.
Content Creator: You’ll produce 12-16 short-form monthly videos to educate, inspire and convert
Visual Storytelling: You’ll create 8-10 carousel/static posts monthly that reinforce campaigns and brand messaging
Engagement Driver: Maintain weekly story content that promotes interaction, community participation, and brand loyalty
Platform Operator: Manage posting across multiple social media platforms while maintaining consistency in brand messaging while optimizing content for each platform
Strategic Planner: Submit a monthly content calendar for review and approval to align on internal marketing strategies
On-Site Creative Partner: Participate in bi-monthly content shoots at EGYM Fitness Denver to capture authentic and high quality content
Performance Analyst: Submit monthly reporting with data based insights on engagement, reach and growth opportunities
Campaign Supporter: Collaborate on local promotions and events with our EGYM Denver team to showcase authentic community interactions
Community Responder: Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages and inquiries in a brand-aligned, professional and timely manner
