Pay rate: $30-50/hr DOE
One of our cybersecurity and tech clients is looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer / Animator to support ongoing video production and post-production projects across marketing, brand, product, and internal communications.
Ideal freelance Motion Graphics Designer / Animator candidates will have:
– Able to work effectively with distributed teams and communicate clearly in a virtual environment
Expert-level Proficiency In
– Adobe After Effects (core motion graphics and animation tool)
– Adobe Photoshop (asset creation, image manipulation)
– Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing and finishing)
Demonstrated Experience Creating Motion Graphics For
– Marketing or brand videos
– Live or virtual event broadcasts
– Light board / whiteboard / explainer content
– Product demo or feature overview videos
– Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
– Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
– Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Job Responsibilities
– Design and animate motion graphics for a variety of formats, including short- and long-form videos.
– Support live broadcasts with motion assets such as intros, lower-thirds, transitions, and overlays.
– Create and animate light board and explainer-style videos that communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
– Develop motion assets for product demos, including UI/UX animations, feature callouts, and walkthroughs.
– Edit and enhance video content using supplied footage, audio, and graphics.
– Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, creative, and other internal teams) to interpret briefs and translate concepts into effective motion pieces.
– Ensure all motion work adheres to brand guidelines, visual standards, and timelines.
– Optimize files and exports for various platforms (web, social, presentations, and live events)
