Our client, a prominent Denver based performing arts collective, seeks a detail‑oriented and proactive temporary Communications professional to support key projects in media relations, publications, email marketing, and website content maintenance. This short‑term role will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure timely, accurate, and polished communications across platforms.
Job Title: Media & Digital Communications Support
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Type: Temporary, Part-time
Duration: Immediate start through April 17, 2026
Reports To: Senior Director of Marketing & Communications
Compensation: $25-$28 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations Support
- Update and maintain Meltwater press list and media kits.
- Assist with coverage tracking.
Program Inserts
- Assist with design of program inserts featuring casting information for all mainstage performances.
Email Marketing
- Build and deploy email newsletters such as Straight to the Pointe and Pointes of Interest in WordFly.
- Support email campaigns such as event reminders and welcome series in Wordfly.
Website Maintenance
- Review webpages for accuracy and update content as needed.
- Coordinate with Visual Designer for larger updates.
- Assist with basic analytics tracking and monthly reporting.
Administration and Support
- Provide general administrative support for the Marketing Department.
- Assist with coordination of photo and video shoots.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, digital media, or related fields.
- Experience with email platforms, CMS tools, and basic analytics.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, Adobe Express, Lightroom, etc.) is preferred.
- Interest in the performing arts or nonprofit work a plus.
