Content Creator & Digital Product Writer
Education Reform + Stress Science
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator with digital product experience to support two research-driven digital product companies:
- An education reform and teacher training organization focused on systems change, instructional design, and professional learning
- A stress management brand grounded in nervous-system science, not trends or motivational wellness content
This role is for a writer who can work fluently with complex source material—including dissertations, literature reviews, white papers, and long-form drafts—and translate it into clear, structured, high-quality digital content.
Foundational material already exists. The primary need is ongoing creation of new, original copy that extends and adapts this work into books, guides, training materials, and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Adapt academic and research-based materials into:
- Books and mini-books
- Practitioner guides and manuals
- Digital course and training content
- Write long-form, structured content with intellectual rigor and clarity
- Create continuous new copy for:
- Educational and teacher-training materials
- Stress science and nervous-system–based wellness products
- Maintain distinct brand voices across education and wellness contexts
- Collaborate closely with the founder to expand and refine content ecosystems
Required Qualifications
- Professional content writing experience (portfolio required)
- Demonstrated ability to work with research-heavy or academic source material
- Strong long-form writing skills (books, manuals, guides, or equivalent)
- Excellent synthesis, organization, and conceptual clarity
- Comfortable writing across education, psychology, and wellness domains
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience adapting dissertations or white papers into books or practitioner materials
- Background in education, psychology, behavioral science, or instructional design
- Experience creating digital products (courses, memberships, audio programs)
- Ability to follow and maintain established voice and conceptual frameworks
Important Notes
- This is not social-media-only writing
- This is not trend-based wellness content
- This is not AI-generated copy without deep human editing and synthesis
Application Requirements
Please include:
- Resume
- A brief explanation of why you are qualified for this role

Final candidates may be invited to complete a paid short writing task based on real source material to assess fit and working style.
