The Role
Fuersaire is seeking a founding collaborator to help build the brand’s early presence and community alongside the founder.
This role is not only traditional social media management. It is focused on translating philosophy into atmosphere — shaping how the brand is experienced before it physically exists.
You will help construct the world around Fuersaire through storytelling, visual direction, and community interaction.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute early-stage storytelling across digital platforms
• Build anticipation and community prior to launch
• Create editorial, cinematic, and mood-driven content
• Translate brand philosophy into consistent visual and written expression
• Manage community interaction with a luxury tone and discretion
• Collaborate directly with the founder on narrative direction
• Utilize various of tools to support content production and ideation
Who This Is For
• Individuals with background in fashion, luxury, editorial, or emerging brands
• Strong aesthetic instinct and storytelling ability
• Comfortable building something from zero
• Able to balance mystery with clarity
• Interested in long-term brand building rather than short-term growth tactics
