You'll manage talented editors and freelance contributors, shape multi-channel content across web, social, video, and podcasts, and drive measurable audience growth in the equestrian space.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor editors and freelance writers to deliver engaging, high-quality content.

Manage content calendars, workflows, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and on brand.

Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement using data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in content management or editorial leadership.
