We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, this role offers the opportunity to shape impactful advertising campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and expertise in managing diverse social media strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute compelling social media strategies tailored to brand objectives.
• Manage and optimize content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.
• Design visually appealing posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on TikTok and other social channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to continuously refine strategies.
• Utilize Meta Business Suite to manage and schedule posts efficiently.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
• Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and awareness.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media campaigns and content.
• Strong proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr.
• Expertise in platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for crafting visually engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of driving audience engagement and brand growth through strategic social media efforts.
