The Opportunity
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to help us grow through paid advertising and SEO. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, and who wants to see a direct connection between their work and real-world impact.
You’ll work closely with leadership to manage and optimize paid campaigns, support SEO initiatives, and help scale our digital presence across Google, YouTube, and social platforms.
What You’ll Do
Paid Advertising
- Assist with setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns on:
- Google Search & Display
- YouTube Ads
- Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, or similar)
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
- Write or test ad copy and creative variations
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve results
SEO & Organic Growth
- Support on-page SEO optimization (content, metadata, internal linking)
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Assist with content strategy aligned to SEO goals
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Help identify technical or content-based SEO opportunities
Reporting & Optimization
- Create simple performance reports and insights
- Track experiments and results
- Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data
Who You Are
- You have hands-on experience with paid ads and/or SEO (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- You’re comfortable working with:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Keyword research tools
- Basic reporting and dashboards
- You’re analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- You take ownership and don’t need micromanagement
- You care about why the company exists—not just clicks and impressions
- You believe small innovators deserve a fair shot
Bonus (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Experience with YouTube advertising
- Familiarity with legal, professional services, or high-trust industries
- Copywriting or landing page optimization experience
- Experience scaling campaigns with limited budgets
