Calling all Campaign Coordinators who have experience tracking ads and deploying ad campaigns for an advertising agency or in the pharmaceutical space! Our local advertising client is looking for a campaign coordinator to join their team.

This is a 40 hour per week contract role that is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. The role will initially be five days per week onsite for 4-6 week for training and then will be hybrid once through training. Hybrid schedule will be Mon, Tues, Thurs onsite and Wed, Fri offsite. The contract will start in June of 2024 and go until end of January 2025 with opportunity to extend or go full-time.

The campaign coordinator will be responsible for:
Working across multiple content management platforms for deployment of advertising campaigns across a range of accounts and products
Reviewing ad campaigns in the CMS and validating campaigns for proper specs, ad types, etc. and ensuring they are correct and then deploying ads in CMS
Working with publishers to validate all ads before being deployed
Ongoing communication with internal Client Success Managers to ensure successful deployment of campaigns
Reviewing and understanding all contract obligations as it relates to execution of advertising campaigns
Attending weekly status meetings for awareness of new campaigns or changes to existing campaigns
Performing quality checks of campaign set-up

The campaign coordinator must have:
1+ years experience in Ad Operations/Ad Scheduling
Experience with BroadSign or similar Content Management Systems
Bachelors Degree
Experience with advertising agencies or pharmaceutical marketing
Experience with SalesForce and/or JIRA
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work closely with multiple teams
Ability to keep the details of multiple brands across multiple product lines well organized
Ability to identify issues and proactively make recommendations for resolution
Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
