Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven (freelance or part-time) Paid Search Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts focused on maximizing online visibility, driving traffic and converting leads through paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies, with a proven track record in managing successful Google Ads and Meta campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and effectively manage budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
About Wildflower Communities
Wildflower Communities is a real estate firm that owns and operates lifestyle manufactured housing (mobile home) communities with amenities such as clubhouses, pickleball courts, bocce courts, pools, etc. in Florida, and we are looking to increase our sales of new manufactured homes that typically price on average $150,000+ in these communities.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Grow and optimize our keyword portfolio and conduct competitive analysis through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key-wording, etc. to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Content Management: · Lead writing and testing ad copy, landing pages, and anything else that might impact driving our manufactured home sales
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI, CPC, and CTR and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our brand designer to create compelling ads and align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and performance marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to leadership
Requirements
- ·At least 3 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns with experience managing a minimum of 4 to 5 figure monthly ads spends across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools and metrics related to digital advertising.
- Experience in campaign management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on paid search strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Must have certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
- Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and execute on ideas
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
