Growing healthcare technology company is hiring a Product/Growth Marketing Manager to work closely with the product and sales team to understand the products and know how best to feature them in marketing material for the sales department. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can take initiatives from concept to execution while working collaboratively with diverse teams. This person must be especially a critical thinker who drives projects forward because you will own them from beginning to end. Must have 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with some experience in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or employee benefits. In addition, this person needs to know HubSpot, has helped plan an execute, digital events, i.e. webinars, and is comfortable supporting and doing presentations in PowerPoint and Google slides. This is a remote position ideally for someone on the East Coast.
In this role, you’ll own and execute growth-driven marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and help scale our brand. You’ll be working at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, and employee benefits, supporting our three product brands. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping the company’s presence and growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and deliver compelling marketing materials and campaigns for various audience segments
- Lead content development from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and monitoring performance to improve effectiveness
- Develop, test, and adjust messaging for different audience segments
- Create and optimize sales enablement materials and marketing assets leveraging tools such as Hubspot/Iterable, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Adobe/Canva
- Develop and deliver polished, professional presentations using PowerPoint/Google Slides, tailored to various internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably with some experience in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or employee benefits
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively with a track record of leading successful campaigns from start to finish
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and in creating impactful presentations and sales enablement assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally; a proactive self-starter who can both take and set direction,

- Experience with email marketing automation platforms and design tools
- Experience working with sales and product teams
- Experience with Word Press or other website CMS tools
- Experience managing social media platforms, specifically Linkedin
