About The Role
The role owns social media strategy and execution across organic and paid channels, turning brand positioning into content that grows audience, engagement, and demand. This sits at the intersection of brand marketing and demand generation for a B2B/B2C technology audience.
You will work with content, design, and growth teams to build a publishing engine that ships daily across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and you will report on what actually drives reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media calendar end-to-end: plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative testing
- Build and report on weekly/monthly dashboards covering engagement rate, follower growth, share of voice, and social-sourced pipeline (Sprout Social or similar + GA4)
- Partner with product marketing, design, and sales to translate launches, events, and customer stories into platform-native content
- Grow and engage the community: respond to comments and DMs, monitor brand sentiment, and escalate issues with a documented response protocol
- Run ongoing A/B tests on formats, hooks, posting times, and paid creative; document learnings and iterate
- Manage influencer/creator partnerships and employee advocacy programs to extend organic reach
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years managing social media for a B2B or B2C technology brand, with owned examples of accounts you grew
- Hands-on with social management and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, GA4) and paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Strong copywriting skills tuned per platform — able to write a LinkedIn thought-leadership post and a TikTok hook in the same day
- Proven ability to tie social activity to business metrics like traffic, leads, and pipeline, not just vanity metrics
- Comfortable with video-first content: brief creators, review edits, and understand short-form video trends
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention), community management, or running employee advocacy programs (EveryoneSocial, LinkedIn Elevate)
