About Robin Martin & Associates

Robin Martin & Associates (RMA) is an award-winning, independent residential real estate brokerage serving Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, and the surrounding North Atlanta communities.

Recognized as the 2026 Best Realtor Team in North Atlanta, we've built our reputation on local market expertise, exceptional client service, and high-quality marketing.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution and help elevate our digital presence.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating compelling content, leveraging new technology, and managing a variety of marketing projects.

You'll oversee social media, listing marketing, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, SEO, print advertising, and event communications.

We're especially interested in candidates who can combine original content creation with AI-powered tools to produce high-quality photography, videos, and marketing materials efficiently. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Metro Atlanta who can occasionally attend team meetings and client events.

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week during our busiest season (March–September), with reduced hours during slower months. Scheduling is flexible based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Produce listing announcements, market updates, community highlights, and other promotional content.

Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Real Estate Listing Marketing

Design and update property brochures, flyers, and marketing materials using existing Canva templates.
Edit and enhance listing photography using traditional and AI-powered editing tools.
Produce engaging listing videos and digital property presentations.
Coordinate marketing content for new listings, price changes, open houses, pending sales, and closings.

Email Marketing, Newsletters & Blogs

Create and distribute weekly Mailchimp email campaigns using established templates.
Design, edit, format, and proofread our monthly newsletter.
Develop, edit, and publish weekly blog posts covering real estate trends, community news, and homeownership topics.

Implement SEO best practices across website pages, blogs, images, and digital content.
Manage and maintain accurate content on Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Realtor.com, Zillow, and other relevant platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve our online visibility and digital marketing performance.

Print Advertising & Event Marketing

Design and coordinate newspaper advertisements, direct mail, and other print marketing materials.
Assist with marketing and communications for client appreciation events and community activities.
Coordinate event invitations through email, text, and print.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress, or the ability to quickly master these platforms.
Strong photo-editing and video-production skills, including experience with AI-powered creative tools.
Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in formatting, grammar, design, and content accuracy.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

We're looking for more than someone who simply schedules social media posts.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who takes ownership of projects, brings fresh ideas, and understands how to use technology and AI to improve both marketing quality and efficiency.

You should enjoy balancing creative work with the organizational details that keep marketing running smoothly.

Above all, quality and attention to detail matter. Every social media post, property brochure, email, and newsletter should reflect the professionalism of the RMA brand.
