Job Title: Senior Experience Designer (Payments)
Location: Charlotte NC
Hybrid: 3 Days onsite per week
Duration: 12 months on contract with possible extension
2 rounds of interviews, one with manager and then with his one up supervisor
Will work closely with other experience designers across teams, especially dealing with wires and ACH payments. Probably 10 other designers they would be a part of, team meeting at least once a week with this group.
- Great communicator - work is highly integrated with other groups
- Curious with attention to detail
- 5-8 years' experience, experience in Fintech, banking or financial services preferred but not required
60% hybrid in office
Any hub in eastern time zone. Charlotte preferred.
Interfacing mostly with eastern time zone and offshore teammates. Needs to be some overlap with offshore team for daily hand off.
Core hours 8-5 EST (flexible)
