Opportunity Overview
Bare Home is looking for reliable TikTok creators to feature our bedding on TikTok Shop. You’ll post shoppable videos on your own TikTok account and earn a base retainer for meeting posting targets, plus commission on the sales you drive. This is a 60-day independent contractor engagement, not employment. You own and control your account, your schedule, your creative approach, and your filming setup. We provide the product, short weekly briefs, and support. You create and post the content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting
- Create and post shoppable TikTok videos featuring Bare Home products, consistently and at volume (target: about 10 Qualified Posts per day)
- Follow short weekly briefs that set product focus and approved claims (we don’t script your videos)
- Include the required paid-partnership and affiliate disclosures on every post
- Keep your account in good standing with TikTok and TikTok Shop
Ad Authorization
- Provide Spark codes or ad authorization for Qualified Posts (included in the retainer)
What Counts as a Qualified Post
A video qualifies when it meets all of the following:
- Posted publicly on your TikTok account during the pay period
- Shoppable, with our product linked through the TikTok Shop collaboration
- At least 15 seconds long, uses your own original footage, and shows the product within the first 3 seconds
- Follows that week’s brief (approved products and claims only)
- Includes the required paid-partnership and affiliate disclosures
- Stays up as a public post (not deleted, archived, hidden, or set to private)
We review posts within 4 days. If a video doesn’t qualify, you can replace it.
Required Qualifications
Eligibility
- 18 or older and based in the United States
- Eligible for the TikTok Shop affiliate program
- Completed W-9 before your first payment
Experience & Skills
- An active TikTok account you own and control
- Comfort on camera and experience creating short-form video content
- Capacity to post at high volume (about 10 shoppable videos per day)
- Prior TikTok Shop or product-content experience is a plus
Core Competencies
- Reliable and self-directed: you hit posting targets without being chased
- Willing to follow product briefs and disclosure rules
- Creative with on-camera product demonstrations
Compensation & Terms
- Retainer: up to $1,200 per month (maximum $2,400 over the 60-day term), paid every 14 days in arrears based on Qualified Posts
- Each 14-day period pays a pro-rated amount up to $600 ($600 x Qualified Posts / 140). Posts beyond the target don’t increase the retainer, and a period with zero Qualified Posts pays $0.
- Commission, paid directly by TikTok Shop and separate from the retainer: 18% on organic sales and 5% on sales attributed to Shop Ads
- Term: 60 days, starting on the Go-Live Date (once product is delivered and the collaboration is active). After the first 14 days, either party may end the agreement with 7 days’ notice if posting or sales targets aren’t being met.
- Exclusivity: during the term, no shoppable videos for competing bedding brands. Other product categories are welcome.

Interested creators should submit: (1) your TikTok handle, (2) links to 2–3 recent product or lifestyle videos, and (3) a short note on your posting capacity and any prior TikTok Shop experience.
