Akkodis is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist / Communications Generalist for a Contract with a client located Minneapolis, MN- Onsite, strong-hands on experience with Domain: Energy, and Utility, Corporate Communications; External Communications; Community Relations; Stakeholder Engagement; Media Relations; Content Strategy; Thought Leadership; Crisis Communications; Public Affairs and Strategic Communications.
Rate Range: $65/hr - $67/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Communications Specialist to support corporate communications, community relations, and marketing initiatives. This role will develop and execute strategic internal and external communications, create compelling content across digital, print and media channels, and support community and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5+ years of communications experience, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and experience with corporate communications, media relations, community/stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication planning. Experience within energy, utilities, sustainability, clean energy, regulatory communications, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
