- Live Event Coverage: Capture key moments, speakers, attendee interactions, sessions, and behind-the-scenes activity throughout the conference.
- Content Creation: Create compelling social media posts, photos, and approximately 1–2 short-form videos featuring attendees, company leadership, speakers, and other event highlights.
- Publishing and Engagement: Draft and publish timely content through the company’s social media accounts, prioritizing LinkedIn while adapting content for other relevant platforms.
- Brand Voice and Messaging: Ensure all content reflects the company’s corporate voice, brand standards, and communications priorities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Communications team, company staff, and the event photographer to identify opportunities and coordinate content capture.
- Post-Event Content: Help organize, finalize, and deliver any remaining content following the event.

- Experience capturing photos and short-form video using a smartphone or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
- Excellent judgment and an understanding of what makes content timely, relevant, and worth sharing.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable adapting plans as event priorities evolve.
- Experience covering conferences, corporate events, or executive communications is a plus.
Project Details
- Approximately 32 hours total, including pre-event planning, onsite coverage, and post-event deliverables.
