We’re looking to add a part-time, local Bay Area freelance Video Editor & Digital Content Production Coordinator to support our team
This role will primarily support the development and editing of short- and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube. We’re looking for someone who understands social-first video filming, editing, pacing, transitions, music, captions, and how content should be adapted for different digital platforms.
Work will be assigned through a monthly project list with established creative direction, deliverables, and deadlines.
Important: This is not an AI content creator position. We’re looking for a video/film or social media editor who uses AI as part of their creative toolkit, not as a replacement for editing and visual storytelling skills.
Ideal candidates should have:
⭐ Filming & editing skills
⭐ Experience editing content for TikTok and YouTube
⭐ A strong visual eye and understanding of social-first storytelling
⭐ Proficiency with professional or social video editing software
⭐ Familiarity and comfort with AI-assisted creative tools
⭐ Ability to work independently from established creative direction
⭐ Strong organization and ability to meet monthly deadlines
Availability for weekly on-site filming on location in Burlingame, CA.
This is a behind-the-scenes creative production role with no client-facing responsibilities or community management required.
