Our client, a leader in providing financial technology software, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager in Mountain View, CA! This is a Hybrid role; you will be On-Site 3 days a week!

In this role, you will support the Consumer Group Communications team, along with two brands of social media channels by posting in relevant media threads and driving word of mouth with positive online interactions. You will be developing brand playbooks for media engagement, and creating a positive representation of the company in the online space.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with consumers across key social channels (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads) on behalf of the company brands to drive positive word-of-mouth and build positive brand sentiment.
- Grow company subreddits into active, trusted communities and leverage brand personas to build trust on Reddit.
- Contribute to the development of brand playbooks for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in community management
- Experience with Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads
- Sprinkler Experience
