Katherine Frank Creative | Part-Time / Hybrid or Internship
Katherine Frank Creative (KFC) is looking for a creative, digitally savvy content creator to bring our work, ideas, and personality to life across social media.
You know what’s trending—and how to decide whether it’s right for a brand. You’re comfortable shooting and editing photos and video, writing engaging captions, and adapting content for different platforms. You also understand that our audience includes corporate brand decision-makers, primarily in beauty, food and beverage, and pet care. Your content should capture their attention while communicating the creativity, expertise, and value KFC brings to their brands.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and manage content across KFC’s social media channels, tailoring each post to its platform and audience.
- Capture and edit photography and video, including short-form videos, project highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop a content calendar that balances timely trends with original stories, portfolio work, and company updates.
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Turn completed projects, team insights, and everyday moments into engaging content.
- Stay current on emerging platforms, viral trends, editing styles, and social media best practices.
- Manage publishing and monitor comments and messages, coordinating responses with the team.
- Track performance and use insights to improve content, reach relevant audiences, and support business development.
What You Bring
- Experience creating content for major social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, with an understanding of each platform’s audience and format.
- Strong photography, video production, and editing skills, demonstrated through a portfolio, personal channels, coursework, or brand work.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Constant Contact, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong writing skills, a sharp visual eye, and attention to detail.
- An understanding of how to make content feel fresh and relevant to a professional, business-focused audience.
- Good judgment about when to embrace a trend, adapt it, or skip it.
- The ability to organize projects, meet deadlines, collaborate, and take initiative.
Experience creating content for a creative agency or for beauty, food and beverage, or pet care brands is a plus.
Position Structure
- We’re open to a part-time team member or an internship arrangement, depending on experience and availability. A hybrid schedule may be possible, with in-person time for content capture and collaboration. Hours, location expectations, and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
