Are you usually the person who notices the perfect light, captures the moment everyone else missed, or already knows how a video should be edited before you have finished filming it?
We are looking for a Content Creator who brings that natural creative instinct to work.
Based in Culver City, the role sits close to the energy of LA’s media and production community. You will create photography, short-form video, social media content, and behind-the-scenes material while working closely with colleagues across the creative and marketing teams. Your ideas will be welcomed, your work will be published, and you will see how content develops from an initial concept into something an audience can watch, share, and respond to.
From idea to upload
- Help plan weekly content around campaigns, projects, and key dates.
- Capture original photographs and video footage in different settings.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Prepare images, captions, and digital content for social media platforms.
- Turn one idea into different formats for each channel and audience.
- Organize footage, photographs, drafts, and completed creative assets.
- Support behind-the-scenes coverage during shoots and creative projects.
- Review engagement results and use them to improve future content.
Some days will focus on filming. Others may involve editing, researching current formats, preparing a shot list, selecting images, or working with colleagues to shape an idea. Planned local shoots may also form part of the working week.
A creative eye matters here
This position could suit someone who:
- Naturally notices interesting people, places, details, and visual moments.
- Enjoys experimenting with framing, lighting, movement, sound, and pacing.
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling and continue watching.
- Can take an idea, improve it, and follow it through to completion.
- Welcomes feedback and is comfortable revising creative work.
- Keeps up with platform changes without copying every passing trend.
- Communicates clearly and treats deadlines as part of the creative process.
Experience may have been developed through personal social media, photography, video projects, freelance assignments, community work, or content created for a small organization. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative software is useful; expertise in every platform is not expected.
Keep building your craft
The Content Creator will receive regular feedback from experienced colleagues and gain practical exposure to content planning, photography, video production, editing, digital storytelling, and campaign delivery.
An annual professional-development allowance of up to $1,000 may be used for approved courses, workshops, certifications, or creative software training.
Apply for the Content Creator position with your current resume. If available, you may also include links to a few photographs, videos, or social posts you are proud of; personal projects are welcome.
