We're partnering with a social commerce and e-commerce growth agency supporting leading consumer brands, hiring both TikTok Shop Specialists/Managers & Social Commerce Specialists/Managers — Omnichannel.
TikTok Shop Specialist/Manager | $40–$55/hr | Hybrid (West Hollywood) | 3–6 Month Contract
- 1–3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or ecommerce operations.
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred, including shop management, product setup, campaigns, and sampling workflows.
- Experience managing creator outreach, affiliate partnerships, and content tracking to drive sales.
- Comfortable analyzing GMV, traffic, and conversion to optimize performance. Agency experience is a priority.
Social Commerce Specialist/Manager — Omnichannel | $35–$45/hr | Hybrid (West Hollywood) | 3–6 Month Contract
- 1–3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, social commerce, or affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred; Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or other marketplace experience is a plus.
- Experience coordinating creator partnerships, product launches, listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements across channels. Agency experience is a priority.
Both roles are onsite Monday–Thursday, with Fridays remote.
Both roles have potential for conversion; conversion is not guaranteed.
