Our client, a leader in media technology & audio, is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to serve as the regional subject matter expert across the U.S. and Latin America. This role will lead social media, influencer/creator marketing, and paid digital media programs that bring the brand, technology, and storytelling to life across entertainment, technology, and culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead Social Media Strategy & Execution across the U.S. and LATAM, including content calendars, publishing workflows, campaign execution, and quality control across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Develop and execute Influencer & Creator Marketing programs, including identifying, vetting, briefing, managing, and maintaining relationships with creators aligned to brand and audience priorities.
- Manage Influencer Content & Partnerships, overseeing creative development, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Own Paid Social & Digital Media activation across the Americas, including media planning, targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Localize Global Content for U.S. and LATAM audiences while maintaining cultural relevance, platform best practices, and a consistent brand voice across English and Spanish channels.
- Manage Community Engagement by serving as the day-to-day voice across social platforms, responding to comments and DMs, monitoring trends, and identifying opportunities for real-time engagement.
- Analyze Campaign Performance across organic social, influencer, and paid media programs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer/creator marketing, and paid digital media, preferably within entertainment, technology, media, or culture-driven brands.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with experience supporting U.S. and Latin American audiences.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a social media or influencer marketing SME/Regional Lead with a strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital culture.
- Proven experience independently managing multi-platform social campaigns and influencer activations, including YouTube and social media influencers.
- Working knowledge of paid social and digital media, including targeting, creative testing, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with social publishing, listening, and analytics platforms such as Sprout, Sprinklr, or native platform tools.
- Experience creating or editing static and video social content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
