Join a collaborative UX practice focused on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences. You'll help lead cross-functional product teams from discovery through launch, using modern tools and AI to work smarter and deliver measurable value.
What You'll DoDesign intuitive, scalable solutions using Figma or equivalent design tools within an established design system
Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design across a portfolio of products
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping, exploration, and product strategy
Balance innovation with consistency across multiple products and experiences
Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and business value to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners
Thrive in ambiguous environments and approach challenges with curiosity
Remain flexible, adaptable, and resourceful as priorities evolve
What You'll Bring3-6 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of UX principles, design best practices, and WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make informed decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
