Position Title: UX Content Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA OR Columbus, OH OR Wilmington, DE OR Charlotte, NC OR Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote
Acceptable Time Zone(S): EST Required
Schedule: M-F, Standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Must provide coverage from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST Flexible start time available
Intended Length of Assignment: Approximately 1 Year

Function Of the Group: Mitigating Risk / Generating Revenue
Initiatives/Projects: Content design support across the Payments and Money Movement space
Industry Background: UX Content Design and UX Writing experience required Payments and Money Movement experience preferred
Team Dynamic: · Collaborative environment with Content Designers, Product Owners, and Design Teams · Regular interaction with Developers and Senior Leadership/Management · Acts as the face of Content Review with Legal · Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams
Role/Responsibilities:
Create content for digital banking experiences and build subject matter expertise within a particular set of features
Partner with Designers to apply UX Writing best practices · Identify user problems and create clear, effective content solutions
Collaborate with writers to maintain content guidelines and consistency
Conduct user research including test plans, interview guides, scripts, and analysis · Support the design process through content strategy integration
Partner with Product Managers on Legal, Risk, and Compliance reviews
Present and explain content decisions to non-experts and stakeholders
Must Have Skills:
2–4 years of UX Writing and/or UX Content Design experience · Strong copywriting and editing skills
Digital content delivery experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience working in regulated environments (Legal, Compliance, Risk)
Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or similar regulated-industry experience
Flex Skills:
Experience in Payments or Money Movement preferred · Experience with Figma
Agile methodology experience
Content strategy experience
Design thinking knowledge
Digital communications experience
UX Design exposure
Banking, Investments, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare experience
Soft Skills:
