What You'll Be Doing:
- Translate client needs and branding strategies into effective digital design strategies
- Develop concepts, artwork, and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs and client meetings
- Collaborate with writers, project managers, content strategists, and creative studio teams to develop engaging, on-brand campaign assets
- Select colors, typography, photography, illustrations, and other design elements that support creative objectives
- Apply brand guidelines to create consistent visual experiences across digital platforms
- Present design concepts and creative ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Design eCommerce experiences including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), A+ Content/Enhanced Content, and Brand Stores
- Create eCommerce designs that engage customers and support conversion goals
- Design within specific retailer guidelines and eCommerce best practices
- Stay current with eCommerce design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience with an advanced understanding of design and visual principles
- Portfolio demonstrating strong creative and design skills, including experience with eCommerce PDPs, A+ Content/Enhanced Content, and Brand Stores
- Knowledge of Figma, AEM, and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Strong understanding of eCommerce design principles and retailer guidelines
- Exceptional organizational and technical skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and dependencies
- Ability to communicate project progress effectively and consistently meet deadlines
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
