Burning Bright is a boutique creative agency focused on packaging and helping sell films and entertainment IP. We work across pitch decks, sales materials, creative development, and strategic packaging for producers and entertainment companies.
The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Notion Systems Designer to design and build a clean, intuitive operating system for our founder and agency.
The foundation of the system has already been built. We’re looking for someone who can audit and improve the existing architecture, elevate the UX, and turn it into a highly visual, intuitive command center for running the business.
The system will connect project management, tasks, clients/CRM, contractors, meetings, deliverables, business operations, and other founder workflows, with AI, automation, and external app integrations incorporated over time.
This is not a template customization or advisory role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about information architecture and execute the build directly in Notion.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise building custom Notion systems
- Excellent information architecture and UX instincts
- Strong visual design sensibility
- Experience with advanced databases, relations, formulas, dashboards, and workflows
- Experience with Notion AI, AI agents, and automation
- Familiarity with integrations across Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, meeting/transcription tools, and similar platforms
- Ability to make complex systems feel extremely simple and intuitive
- Strong independent problem-solving and attention to detail
Engagement
Contract / project-based, with the potential for ongoing work as the system evolves.
Remote. We care much more about the quality of your work than where you’re located.
