About Behold Agency:
Behold Agency is a social media agency working with beauty and wellness brands, supporting their ongoing marketing and creative needs. We're looking for a Freelance Video Creative / Videographer to work closely with our team across our clients' ongoing content and creative needs. The role is perfect for someone with strong videography skills (photography experience a plus) who can bring a strong sense of creative direction to short-form content for social, and who understands beauty, fashion, and wellness.

The Role:
We're looking to start this role on an hourly, project-by-project basis, with the potential to shift into a monthly retainer once we find the right fit. Under a retainer, we'd put together a set monthly scope, typically one to two shoots per month with videos scoped out consistently, so there's a clear, predictable workload each month. There will be consistent work across content shoots, campaigns, and new product launches for our beauty and wellness clients.
You will be doing a mix of...
- Ideating concepts with the team for what can be captured at upcoming shoots
- Planning the creative direction and concepts for the short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Post-production edits of all video shot so it's ready to be posted
What we're looking for:
- Strong videography experience, photography experience a plus
- A portfolio of short-form videography content
- Ability to work collaboratively to ideate and execute, not just film
- Strong sense of creative direction
- Interest and/or experience in beauty, fashion, or wellness
- Comfortable collaborating with a team on shoot logistics
- Comfortable working independently and turning around content
Bonus:
Experience in any of the following would be a plus:
- Beauty, skincare, tanning, or cosmetics
- Editing for short-form platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Basic motion graphics
- Paid social and DTC creative
- Working with models/talent on set
