Our services include content creation, social media strategy and management, brand storytelling, social campaigns, event publicity, business spotlights, brand films, photography and digital marketing.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Social Media & Content Producer to join our team and help bring our clients' ideas to life, from concept to camera to final post.
The RoleThis is a hands-on creative and social media position for someone who loves creating beautiful content, understands social media and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced media and marketing environment.
The Social Media & Content Producer will help take client content from concept to camera to final edit.
You'll be involved in shooting video and photography, capturing audio, editing social content, designing graphics, building content calendars, managing social media accounts and helping execute creative concepts across a variety of clients and industries.
You'll work directly with clients, and become an extension of their brand, helping determine what they should be saying, showing and sharing online. You'll need to understand not only how to make good content, but why a client should post it, when they should post it and how it fits into their larger strategy.
We're looking for someone who is early in their career but already has a strong foundation in production, editing and social media. This could be a recent college graduate, someone coming out of an internship or someone with 1–2 years of professional or freelance experience.
You don't need to know everything yet. You do need to be dependable, organized, willing to learn and confident enough in your skills to take ownership of your work.
What You'll DoSocial Media & Client Management- Help manage social media accounts for a variety of WKP clients
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars
- Plan content around client goals, promotions, events, launches, holidays and important dates
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats and editing styles
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
- Monitor account activity, engagement and performance
- Review social media analytics and help identify what's working
- Communicate directly with clients and help create a comfortable, professional experience
- Manage multiple clients, calendars, projects and deadlines
Content Creation & Production- Shoot video for WKP clients using professional camera equipment
- Capture high-quality audio using wireless microphones and other professional audio equipment
- Photograph people, products, businesses, events and branded content
- Assist with developing creative concepts, shot lists and production plans
- Help execute shoots from preparation through final delivery
Editing & Design- Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
- Create social graphics, promotional graphics and other digital assets
- Adapt content for different platforms and formats
- Organize footage, project files and final assets
- Maintain organized client folders and production files
- Help prepare polished, platform-ready content for publishing
Team & Production Support- Prepare equipment and production materials for shoots
- Help develop shot lists and production plans
- Work with the creative team to execute client campaigns and content plans
- Communicate clearly about project status, deadlines and deliverables
- Jump in and help wherever needed on production days
- Be willing to learn new tools, platforms and workflows
The ideal candidateRequired- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, social media, photography, marketing or a related field
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience creating content for social media through school, internships, freelance work or professional experience
- Experience shooting video on a professional camera
- Understanding of basic camera settings, composition, framing and lighting
- Experience working with professional audio and microphones
- Experience with photography
- Experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and/or CapCut
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and short-form social media content
- Experience creating social graphics or other digital content
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- A strong creative eye and genuine interest in social media and digital content
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
