We are seeking an Information Architect / Service Designer to help improve employee-facing CRM and enterprise applications. This role will partner with Product, UX Research, IT, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, simplify workflows, and create intuitive experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Create service blueprints, sitemaps, user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Translate user research and business requirements into clear UX solutions.
- Identify user pain points and connect them to business and product goals.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to design solutions within third-party platform capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize needs, establish roadmaps, and meet delivery timelines.
- Support UX best practices, governance, and continuous product improvement.
- Explore AI-enabled workflows while maintaining appropriate human involvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
- Proficiency with Figma, Mural, or similar tools.
- Strong experience creating sitemaps, service blueprints, user flows, and wireframes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
- Experience working with third-party applications and optimizing solutions for end users.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/IA work.
