Job Description:
We're seeking Senior UX Product Designers with strong native mobile application experience to join a fast-paced product team supporting customer-facing digital experiences. This role requires hands-on expertise designing for both iOS and Android platforms and partnering closely with product owners, researchers, and developers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end user experiences for native mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and UX deliverables.
• Influence product and design decisions using research, UX best practices, and data-driven insights.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders and clearly communicate design rationale.
• Work closely with developers to ensure efficient implementation of design solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback throughout the design lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain design patterns, standards, and specifications.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Hands-on native mobile app design experience for both iOS and Android (required).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX design work.
• Experience with interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and information architecture.
• Experience working within Agile product teams.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
