What’s a typical day as a Senior Designer? You’ll be:

Creating sketches of new eyewear concepts based on licensor requests and market trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in New York and Italy to develop innovative designs and materials.
Presenting creative concepts and technical drawings using Illustrator and 3D modeling tools.
Supporting product development through prototype analysis and CAD reviews.
Analyzing trends in fashion and eyewear to inform product direction and identify new market opportunities.
Ensuring all designs maintain brand identity and meet licensor requirements.
Participating in industry events and trade shows to stay connected and inspired.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from an accredited university (required).
Bring at least 5 years of design experience with specialty retailers or in a distribution/sales environment, with strong knowledge of the production process.
Possess experience in luxury accessories—eyewear preferred, but also jewelry hardware or fashion accessories.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have project management experience and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling (Rhinoceros or similar), and 3D rendering (Keyshot).
Have experience in sales distribution; exposure to Italian culture and language is a plus.
