Description
The TikTok Live Host plays a key role in managing live shopping sessions by managing chat interactions, encouraging viewer engagement, and assisting the host in driving product interest and sales. This role ensures a positive, interactive experience for viewers by responding to comments, highlighting products, and moderating the conversation in real time. The incumbent works in person and remains active for the full duration of each live session.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
- Reliable attendance to show up and run TikTok live sessions.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and clearly in real-time chat environments.
- High energy and comfort engaging with online audiences in a fast-paced, live setting.
- Ability to multitask while monitoring chat, managing product pins, and supporting the host simultaneously.
- Basic familiarity with live streaming, social commerce, or online community moderation is helpful but not required.
- Ability to stay focused for the full duration of live sessions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media moderation
- Experience with live selling
- Interest in Luxury Brands
- Understanding of TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Whatnot, and other similar social media sites.
