We are seeking a UX/Product Designer to lead end-to-end user experience design for complex digital applications and experiences. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate user needs, research, and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong UX and interaction design expertise, advanced analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly through compelling storytelling and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence Product Owner decisions and outcomes through UX best practices, design principles, user research, and Agile methodologies.
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from ideation through implementation.
- Partner closely with Engineering from initial concept through implementation to determine effective and efficient solutions.
- Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows that align with design standards and established design-system patterns.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, information architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive and adaptive experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Develop research strategies based on desired outcomes, including usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
- Formulate and test hypotheses throughout design iterations and use findings to inform design decisions.
- Conduct and apply findings from heuristic reviews, user interviews, remote unmoderated testing, and in-person usability testing.
- Collect, analyze, present, and act on user and stakeholder feedback while managing changes to UX deliverables.
- Present design concepts and recommendations clearly and compellingly to stakeholders using strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Communicate project status, outstanding work, issues, and risks using project management tools such as Rally, Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and other disciplines, product lines, roles, geographies, and time zones.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to complex data and design problems and develop sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide other Designers to support professional growth, collaboration, and design quality.
- Leverage emerging AI tools and capabilities to improve design efficiency, inform decision-making, and support scalable design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX practitioner with a background in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering from inception through implementation in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across disciplines, product lines, roles, geographies, and time zones.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience addressing complex problems through sustainable design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0+ AA, localization, and inclusive design.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end development languages.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience organizing and structuring complex applications through information architecture, labeling, classification, user flows, and wireframes.
- Experience incorporating emerging AI tools into the UX design process.
- Experience working with enterprise or complex digital applications.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Rally, Jira, or Aha!.
The pay range for this position is $58-62/hr, DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
