AI turns that into rules, backtests them against history, and hands the result to an algorithm built to run exactly what was written and nothing else. It took years to build an engine that could do that in seconds, not hours. The traders we sign already have a room full of people who trust them enough to run the same floor themselves. Here is the number we are hiring against: 150,000 followers across ZORO's own X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, and 20 million organic impressions, by February 2027. What You Will Do
- Own the accounts. Manage X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts end to end: calendar, publishing, community replies, DMs. If it is ZORO's public voice, it runs through you.
- Win the room on X. Reply fast and sharp inside the conversations fintwit already cares about, ideally within fifteen minutes of the post. Borrowed attention becomes followers and profile clicks.
- Ship short-form daily. Script, shoot, edit, post. Claude and modern AI video tools do the heavy lifting so you can test ten hooks in the time most people storyboard one.
- Run the clipping machine. Live trading shows, FinCon footage, affiliate raw cuts. Mine hours of tape for the thirty seconds that travel, then version it for every feed.
- Partner with the Head of Creator & Community. Co-run the win engine that turns verified pro wins into daily posts, brief the affiliate and creator roster, keep every post inside the compliance checklist.
- Report what worked. Completion rate, saves, shares, follows per post, reviewed weekly. Kill what stalls, multiply what runs.
Who You Are
- Genuinely funny. Your humor survives the screenshot, and you know when a joke should die in drafts.
- Fluent in markets. You know the tickers, the drama, and the difference between a scalper and a swing trader.
- Holding receipts. A personal account, a parody account, a meme page, or a brand persona, built from zero. You can show us the growth, not just the handle.
- Platform-native. You shape the same idea differently for X, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts instead of posting one file four times.
- AI-native. Claude and modern generation tools are already part of your daily workflow, not a novelty.
- Comfortable with rules. We market a financial product, so some claims stay off the table no matter how well they would perform. We will never ask you to invent a number.
- Remote First. ZORO is a remote team which requires a specific level of responsiveness, structure and discipline.
