We are searching for a Full-Time, Contract Seeding Specialist for our product and marketing client. In this position, you will manage product seeding initiatives across multiple geographies, ensuring smooth communication and fulfillment processes for content creation, media placements, and promotional needs. As a Seeding Specialist, you will:
- Track and analyze social media trends and emerging influencers to identify the next best talent for brand partnerships.
- Oversee and manage seeding templates and communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all partners.
- Build and present detailed seeding strategies, tracking the impact on social media engagement and providing key insights.
- Stay ahead of evolving cultural moments, emerging creators, and product trends to inform future seeding strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for seeding-related communications, overseeing the order management process from request to fulfillment.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the seeding workflow, recommending strategies to optimize efficiency.
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- You live and breathe social media and stay ahead of platform trends, emerging influencers, and key cultural moments.
- You have experience in product seeding, influencer marketing, trend forecasting, or marketing operations.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks across different regions.
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with social media engagement tracking and reporting is a must.
- You're resourceful and continuously seek out ways to improve processes.
