Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a renowned educational company to hire a editor for mathematical projects.
This is a pipeline for candidates for future projects. The pay is $40-$60/hr. This will be hybrid in NYC.
The Curriculum team is looking for an experienced K–5 Math editor to help write and review teacher-oriented lessons and student-oriented worksheets.
Responsibilities:
- Strong editorial and math skills.
- Math teaching experience would help.
- Knowledge of InCopy would be a bonus.
- Familiarity with national math standards is desired.
- Ability to cross-reference guidelines and trackers
- Ability to collaborate with others using online tools
Qualifications:
•B.A. or B.S. (or significant equivalent work experience)
•2+ years of related experience in writing and editing.
• Knowledge of best practices
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of education industry systems and/or the publishing industry.

This is a W2 position. This is not a contract.
