Company Description THEART is a Los Angeles-based boutique talent agency dedicated to supporting creators and brands through thoughtful representation and collaboration. The agency focuses on building brand partnerships that are authentic, strategically aligned, and geared toward long-term growth. THEART works closely with talent to develop meaningful opportunities that reflect their creative vision and values.
Responsibilities include:
- Scout and identify creators, athletes, and influencers who may be a strong fit for THEART.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective talent through email and social media.
- Schedule introductory meetings between prospective clients and agency leadership.
- Research brands that align with our creators' content and audiences.
- Build and maintain databases of influencer marketing, PR, and brand partnership contacts.
- Assist with outreach to brands by sending personalized partnership pitches on behalf of our creators.
- Track outreach efforts and maintain organized records within agency systems.
- Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms to identify emerging talent and partnership opportunities.
- Support day-to-day agency operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about social media, digital creators, and influencer marketing.
- Interested in entertainment, marketing, communications, or business.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal professional communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Project Management skills, including organization, time management, and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- A strong written communicator with a positive, professional attitude.
