Job Overview
TSR is seeking an experienced Senior Designer, Consumer Marketing Creative to support the Consumer Marketing Creative team in New York, NY. This role will create best-in-class digital marketing campaigns across subscriptions, memberships, and commerce for world-renowned brands including Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, WIRED, Bon Appétit, Epicurious, The New Yorker, Architectural Digest, and Traveler. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional creative skills, strong digital design expertise, AI-forward thinking, and experience mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital creative assets for web, email, mobile apps, and paid media campaigns.
- Create engaging graphics, animations, and video content (motion graphics experience is a plus).
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand standards across multiple consumer brands.
- Mentor junior designers and promote AI-assisted design best practices.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Marketing, Analytics, and Project Management teams.
- Utilize campaign performance data to recommend creative optimizations.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and consumer marketing innovations.
- Manage creative assets, timelines, and project deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of professional digital design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-focused marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, branding, and UX principles.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of ADA-compliant design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
