Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, on-brand HTML emails optimized for various email clients and devices.
- Develop and maintain modular email templates and CRM design systems within ESPs.
- Conceptualize and develop captivating digital assets (display banners, social creative, etc.) for CRM channels across the customer lifecycle.
- Apply HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge to hand-code or troubleshoot email and web assets.
- QA all email and digital assets prior to deployment, identifying and resolving rendering issues.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of design experience in consumer-focused environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails.
- Curiosity and adaptability regarding AI-assisted design and email-development tools.
- Working knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects including email and CRM work.
