About the Role:
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on content role: you plan it, you make it, you publish it, you grow it.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish social media content across all platforms to support brand awareness, product promotion, and customer engagement
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars
Write posts, captions, and copy consistent with brand voice
Shoot, edit, and sequence short-form and long-form video content
Coordinate visual assets with internal teams (design, product, sales)
Monitor social channels daily; respond to comments and messages professionally
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, video views) and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader digital and offline initiatives
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and platform content policies
Requirements:

Proficiency of use and ability to adapt with algorithms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
Proven track record of video content with real views: You will be asked to show your work
Documented account growth: Live proof of analytics and/or dashboard access demonstrating follower/engagement growth on accounts you've managed (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
Ability to sequence videos, storyboarding, pacing, and editing multi-part content that holds attention and drives retention
Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)
Strong writing skills for captions and short-form copy
Self-directed; able to manage a publishing schedule without hand-holding
