We are hiring a confident, fashion-forward Daily Live Stream Host and Senior Content Creator to be the face of our live selling, the heartbeat of our Facebook Group, and a core contributor to our social media and paid ad creative. We need an elevated, high-quality creator who understands what drives engagement and conversions.
This role requires a proven track record. We are looking for someone whose aesthetic is highly elevated, whose content consistently drives measurable engagement, and who commands a live stream with absolute confidence and sales ability.
The Role
This is an on-camera role for someone who loves fashion, can talk product naturally with charisma, and has a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content. You will host scheduled daily live shopping streams, create elevated photo and video content for organic social and paid advertising, and help grow our private Facebook Group. You must be savvy with social media trends, know how to craft strong hooks, and possess strong video editing skills.
What You'll Do1. Create Elevated Content for Social Media and Paid Ads (Core Responsibility)
•
Produce High-Performing Content: Create high-quality, elevated short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that actually gets engagement and drives direct response. Your aesthetic must align with a mature, high-quality brand.
•
Studio & Lifestyle Shoots: Film and photograph product and lifestyle content in our in-house studio and natural settings.
•
Master the Hook: Craft compelling openings that capture attention immediately.
•
Expert Video Editing: Execute strong video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) to ensure pacing, transitions, and text overlays are on-trend and highly engaging.
•
Paid Ad Creative Pipeline: Create content that feeds directly into our paid Meta ad creative pipeline, focusing on direct response optimization and ROAS.
•
Feature-Focused Shooting: Shoot specific product features clearly: scrunch tests, interior reveals, on-body shots, and styling content.
•
Content Repurposing: Repurpose live moments into short clips for Reels, TikTok, and paid ads.
•
Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with the team on weekly product priorities, campaign themes, and content direction.
2. Host Daily Live Streams & Long-Form Video
•
Live Selling via SoldLive: Host scheduled daily live shopping streams via SoldLive across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok simultaneously.
•
Confident Product Expertise: Speak confidently, warmly, and with charisma about the bags: full-grain leather, features, compartments, what fits, comfort, and styling. You must be able to sell.
•
Interactive Demonstrations: Try bags on live, show outfits, demonstrate what fits inside, and answer questions in real time.
•
Run-of-Show Execution: Follow a run-of-show: featured styles, key talking points, promos, and FAQs.
•
High-Energy Hosting: Keep energy and pacing high: welcome viewers, call out comments, handle objections, and guide viewers to purchase.
•
Long-Form Content: Host and create content for long-form YouTube videos, discussing products in depth.
3. Build and Curate Our Facebook Group Community
•
Consistent Posting: Post consistently: styling prompts, polls, behind-the-scenes, new arrivals.
•
Active Engagement: Reply to comments and questions quickly to keep the community active and supportive.
•
Community Building: Create community moments: bag of the week, what is in your bag, styling threads, mini-challenges.
•
Insights Gathering: Capture recurring FAQs and community insights and share them with the team.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Elevated Aesthetic: A strong taste level and background in fashion, styling, retail, or creator work. Your portfolio must reflect a polished, high-quality brand image.
•
Proven Engagement Metrics: You must be able to demonstrate that your past content actually drives views, likes, comments, and shares.
•
Live Selling Confidence: Strong on-camera presence: charismatic, confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking for long stretches. You must be able to hold a room and drive sales.
•
Proven Video Editing Skills: Highly proficient in CapCut or similar editing software, with a deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and social video trends.
•
Quick Learner: Able to learn product quickly and explain it clearly and confidently.
•
Versatile Shooter: Comfortable filming and photographing product on body and in lifestyle settings.
•
Reliable & Organized: Organized, consistent, and reliable: this role follows a daily live schedule.
•
Location: Must be able to work in-office in Denville, NJ.
Nice to Have
•
Experience with live selling, hosting, retail selling, or community management.
•
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or Figma) for story graphics, promo tiles, live overlays, and group post graphics.
•
Additional fashion or styling experience (personal styling, boutique retail, wardrobe, content styling).
•
Familiarity with AI creative tools.
•
Experience creating content for paid social ads.
