Digital Copy Coordinator to join their team and help manage high-volume content updates in a fully remote, flexible part-time role!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all emails in the Digital Copy inbox and organize emails appropriately.
- Implement franchisee copy update requests on individual property pages by writing and/or editing the copy to adhere to brand standards.
- Respond to franchisee change requests in the Digital Copy inbox and ensure questions are forwarded to appropriate teams.
- Become familiar with internal systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Smartsheet.
- Use a content management system (AEM) to implement a high volume of copy/editorial updates.
- Create Smartsheet tickets for new openings on the property openings calendar.
- When time allows, build new property pages in our content management system (AEM), including copy and images.
- When time allows, assist with writing copy for new property openings.
- When time allows, assist with the translation workflow, sending new property copy and updates for translation into other languages each week and pushing the pages live.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Understanding of digital copywriting/editing principles.
- Experience with copywriting/editing, including an exceptional fluency with grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
- Preferred experience: content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Smartsheet, and Slack.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with several competing projects.
- Excellent follow-up skills and effective tracking of personal responsibilities are required.
- Demonstrates flexibility; willing to learn new skills, expand knowledge, and adapt to technological and business changes.
- Strong brand sensibilities and a passion for copy and the written word.
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
