Social Media Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)
Compensation: $70,000 Per Year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ROKiT is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategy across multiple consumer brands, including ROKiT Oxygen and other growing products and initiatives within the ROKiT portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns and be capable of driving audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, influencer partnerships, and sales.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management- Manage day-to-day social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
- Create and manage content calendars
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
- Grow audience size and engagement across all channels
Content Creation- Plan and coordinate content shoots
- Create and edit short-form video content
- Develop graphics and creative assets
- Work with internal teams, influencers, creators, and agencies to produce high-quality content
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
Paid Advertising- Manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage TikTok advertising campaigns
- Develop audience targeting strategies
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions, and customer acquisition costs
- Scale successful campaigns and improve underperforming campaigns
Influencer & Creator Management- Identify and recruit influencers and content creators
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and product seeding programs
- Manage campaign deliverables and timelines
- Track performance and return on investment
- Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
Analytics & Reporting- Monitor social media and advertising performance
- Track key metrics and growth trends
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization
QualificationsRequired- Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns
- Experience working with influencers and content creators
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Amazon advertising
- Experience working with consumer brands, wellness products, fitness products, beverages, supplements, or lifestyle brands
- Graphic design experience
- Video editing experience
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
