As the 2026 Annual Ecosystem Partner of the Year for TikTok Shop, we run end-to-end TikTok Shop operations for Fortune 500 home, fashion, beauty, personal care, and wellness brands — shop management, affiliate, content, live, and paid media, all under one roof.

Our proprietary engine finds the right creators, scores content, optimizes GMV in real time, and autonomously run operations. The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll own the relationship for some of our most important brand partners. You're the strategic owner and primary point of contact — accountable for the partnership's growth, the client's trust, and the quality of everything we deliver.
This role works closely with our cross-functional teams (creator/affiliate, LIVE, video production, paid media, ops) to turn each brand's goals into a clear plan and drive it to results.
What You'll Do
- Own senior-level brand relationships as the main point of contact; set the communication cadence and lead regular syncs
- Translate each brand's business goals into a clear growth plan, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute it
- Track performance across GMV, ROI, traffic, and conversion; turn the data into a credible growth story with clear recommendations
- Deliver executive-ready reporting and QBRs that drive decisions, not recaps
- Manage expectations proactively, surface risks early, and grow the partnership over time
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in marketing, sales, consulting, investment banking; direct TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills — you can make the complex clear and win client confidence, and you're just as comfortable digging into the data to find the growth levers
- AI-native: you treat AI as an extension of how you work, and you're excited about using it to reshape how operations get done
- A genuine feel for TikTok Shop — you're already on the platform, follow the top creators and operators, and can speak credibly about what's working right now
- High ownership in a fast-moving environment: you find the path forward when things are ambiguous and you drive results
- Strong executive presence, written and verbal
