Digital Visualization Production Specialist
Hybrid - Houston, TX
12-24+ month contract with possible extension and/or conversion
One of our largest Fortune 500 retail client’s is looking for a Visual Production Specialist to support high-volume digital image production and creative operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in image editing and production workflows who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in preparing, organizing, and optimizing digital assets that support eCommerce and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Photoshop and working knowledge Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data organization and workflow management.
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, including the ability to leverage AI solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and creative workflows.
- Strong proficiency with macOS, including file management, system navigation, troubleshooting, and productivity tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software, tools, and processes as business needs evolve.
- Experience with image manipulation, digital asset management, batch processing, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with layered PSD files, image optimization, file naming conventions, and large-scale image production environments.
Responsibilities:
- Edit, manipulate, and optimize digital images using Adobe Photoshop while maintaining brand and quality standards.
- Support large-scale image production through efficient production workflows and batch processing techniques.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring accurate file naming conventions and proper asset management.
- Work with layered PSD files to prepare and deliver production-ready creative assets.
- Optimize images for digital platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance production processes.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation using macOS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Track production tasks, organize project data, and manage workflow updates using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines and support business initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to new software, technologies, and production processes as business needs evolve.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through careful attention to detail and quality assurance.
