🎯 We're hiring a Part-Time Social Media Manager in Los Angeles!
We're a growing marketing agency looking for a creative, strategic thinker who can hit the ground running across multiple client accounts. If you live and breathe social media — from big-picture strategy to daily execution, and you know your way around both AI-powered tools and traditional creative software — we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and own social media strategies aligned with each client's brand goals and target audience
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Manage day-to-day implementation — publishing, community management, and real-time engagement
- Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using both AI tools and traditional software
- Design and edit static and animated images for posts, stories, and ads using AI image tools and traditional tools
- Build monthly content calendars and maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI creative tools
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of social media management experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to develop strategy, create content, and execute — end to end
- Strong copywriting skills and a sharp creative eye
- Hands-on experience with video editing — both AI-assisted and traditional
- Proficiency in image editing using traditional tools and AI tools
- Experience with social scheduling tools
- Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling platform analytics and translating data into strategy
- Self-starter who can manage multiple clients and deadlines without hand-holding
- Based in the Los Angeles area — occasional in-office or client meetings required

- Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects)
- A portfolio or examples of accounts and visual content you've produced
