We're looking for a creative Content Creator who can help showcase our work through engaging graphics, videos, and social media content.

# The Opportunity
This is not just a "post on Facebook " position.
You'll work alongside our Marketing Manager to turn completed projects into engaging content that builds trust, attracts homeowners, and strengthens our brand.
You'll help create the content while our Marketing Manager focuses on strategy, advertising, and lead generation.
# What You'll Be Responsible For
### Social Media Content
- Schedule posts across Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions
- Research hashtags and trends
- Maintain our content calendar
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
### Graphic Design
Create Professional Marketing Materials Including
- Social media graphics
- Instagram Stories
- Promotional flyers
- Yard sign concepts
- Email graphics
- Website banners
- Seasonal promotions
- Event graphics
- Before & after image layouts
### Video Editing
Edit Short-form Videos Including
- Reels
- TikToks
- YouTube Shorts
- Customer testimonials
- Before & after transformations
- Drone footage
- Time-lapse installations
- Promotional videos
### Content Organization
- Organize customer photos and videos
- Build and maintain a searchable media library
- Tag seasonal content for future use
- Keep project folders organized

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

- Adobe Express

- Slack
Experience working with home service companies is a plus, but not required.
