- Proven experience leading and shaping design teams, including agency and consulting contributors
- Comfortable partnering with executives, stakeholders, and clients
- Experience working with organizations of at least 50+ employees
- Need to present as a leader – good leadership experience, polished, professional, etc.
- Demonstrates tenure and stability (limited short-term roles or freelance-heavy backgrounds)
- Portfolios should be modern, current, and heavily focused on app and web work (recent examples are critical)
- Strong native web and mobile application experience
- Deep expertise across both UX AND UI
