Tittle: Documentation Specialist
Location : Remote (But need to come onsite time to time)
Duration: 24 months
Key Responsibilities
- Document Creation & Editing: Draft, review, and edit technical manuals, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Document Management: Implement and maintain document control systems to safely store, organize, and retrieve physical and digital records.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, aiding during internal and external audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments (e.g., IT, HR, Legal) to gather information, streamline workflows, and update necessary files.
- Training & Support: Train employees on document usage, storage retrieval, and proper documentation best practices across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, information management, or records management.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with document management systems (DMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
